Eggcellent Pizzas
1. Preheat oven to 200C. Take

cup salt reduced tomato pasta sauce, 120g salt reduced
shaved ham, 8 halved cherry tomatoes, 10 halved button mushrooms,

sliced red capsicum,

cup grated low fat mozzarella and spread equally over 4 wholemeal pitta breads.
2. Crack 4 eggs and put one on the centre of each pizza.
3. Bake for 15 minutes or until crisp and golden and scatter
with basil when the pizza comes out of the oven. Serves 4.
